Cherry Blossoms 2008

DC was incrediably crowded. The prediction of overcast weather changed at the last minute to sunshine, so DC was out in full force.

For once, we actually envied the paddleboaters...
Waiting for the rest of the group to battle the foot and Metro traffic.Hooray!!! We recognize these people.J and R won the award for smartest travel arrangements. They biked in, which only took 15 mins. On the other hand, I left Sterling 2 hours before we were supposed to meet, and was still 30 mins late. (I took the Metro.)
